This kit is for locos rebuilt from the 3150 class with larger standard No. 4 boilers and 5' 3" driving wheels. The intention was to convert all of the 3150's, but with the intervention of WWII, only 5 were done. They were numbered 3100 - 3104.
Etched brass body with pre - rolled boiler, whitemetal castings, lost wax brass castings, sprung buffers and turned brass detail parts.
Detailed nickel silver chassis with optional beam compensation. All bearings included. |
